Decision Maker®
Stimulus Process
Interactive Version
This process can be used to get rid of fear and its variations, such as anxiety or terror. In some cases, one experiences fear all the time. Most of the time, however, there is a specific stimulus that causes the fear. The Decision Maker® Stimulus Process (DMSP) breaks the connection between the fear and the stimulus, so that the current stimulus no longer causes the fear. Before using this form, please read description of how the DMSP works. It will make it easier for you to use the following interactive version of the DMSP successfully. We do not use cookies and we do not keep a record of who uses the DMSP or what choices are made.
1. What
type of current situation or event produces your experience of fear?
For example, you feel fear whenever you don't do things perfectly or whenever
someone gets angry at you.
We're offering
you a choice of five feelings: fear and four variations of fear, and 41 different
situations that could cause those five feelings. From our experience this combination
includes the overwhelming majority of the "fear-like" feelings you might want
to get rid of and their causes.
